"When Michael took placement of a 14-year-old boy, he was licensed for only one child. It was his first placement and the agency did not want to overwhelm him. Immediately, he recognized the importance of the sibling bond, bought a bed and asked for placement of the child's brother. Michael has maintained placement of both children and is a great parent and role model to them."
