"Relocating from Florida, Delia and Francis moved to Michigan without hesitation to care for their 4 grandchildren. They have given the children the love, attention, time, and security they need. The family works hard to support the many special needs of their grandchildren, participating in many developmental and community services. Delia and Francis have served as the children's teachers throughout the pandemic, even putting on special school graduations to celebrate their grandchildren's achievements.

Delia and Francis are in the process of adopting all 4 children. Once the adoption is final, the family plans to provide their grandchildren with a new start in Florida."
