Meet The Staff

Stacy Polemitis lives in Livingston County with her husband of 18 years and four biological children ages 11-16. Stacy has had the honor of fostering 7 children over the last 6 years. Her family is passionate about focusing on medically fragile, special needs children. They also enjoy advocating and volunteering for The Special Olympics. Stacy enjoys spending her free time attending her kids sporting events (Basketball, Volleyball, Cheer, Soccer, Football and Ski Racing) and volunteering at their school. Stacy is thankful for the opportunity to be a Foster Care Navigator so she can continue to make a difference in the lives of foster children by helping others start their foster parenting journey.
