Meet The Staff

MaryBeth Waning and her husband of 35 years are parents to 3 adult children and an adopted daughter. She and her husband have been fostering since 2014 and have fostered over 85 kids. MaryBeth has a BS in Marketing as well as a master’s degree in education and has worked in the school system as well as the customer service industry for 20+ years. Her passion for kids is what drives her to help them find their forever homes, whether through reunification or adoption. In addition to being a Navigator, MaryBeth is a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator and a GROW Trainer.
