Meet The Staff

Kimberly obtained her master's degree in special education and spent eight years teaching middle school in New York City. She and her husband moved back to his hometown of Kalamazoo with their 3 biological children and the lifelong desire to foster and adopt. They have been fostering for 3 years in various capacities from emergency care to respite to long-term care. Kimberly is a child advocate and believes that every child is worthy of love and deserving of excellent care and education. She is an adventurer, and you will rarely find the family at home but rather out on the town embarking on the next sport, activity, event or experience. She loves equipping new foster families and joining them on their adventure!
