Meet The Staff

Jennifer is a passionate advocate for foster care and adoption, married to her husband Cody since 2015. Together, they have three sons. In 2019, they opened their foster care license and welcomed two foster boys, only to discover soon after that they were expecting their third child. Within nine months, they had three sons all ages 3 and under. 

In 2020, Jennifer and Cody finalized the adoption of their two older sons. Although they closed their license in 2021, Jennifer’s commitment to foster care remained strong. She co-founded a local support network for foster, adoptive, and special needs families, leveraging her personal journey to offer support and resources to others. 

Jennifer is actively involved in her children’s school community and is a constant presence at their sports and music activities. In her spare time, she enjoys reading novels, though she mostly finds herself chauffeuring her kids to their various activities. 

Jennifer is eager to apply her experience, empathy, and community engagement to her new role as a foster care navigator, where she aims to provide compassionate guidance and support to foster families.
