Meet The Staff
Donna Burns lives in the Western end of the Upper Peninsula with her husband, daughter, dog and a cat. Donna has fostered over 100 children over twenty plus years, mostly girls. She has nine daughters, four of whom were adopted. Donna is passionate about trauma informed care and fostering. She enjoys reading, the outdoors, fishing, playing the cello and values relationships with friends and family. Prior to moving to the Upper Peninsula, Donna was a master trainer for the Wisconsin Trauma Project.
