Meet The Staff

Hello, my name is Betsy Krupansky. I have been happily married to my husband, David for 35 years and proud parents of 3 children. Two of those children we adopted through foster care when they were 2 & 3 years old. They are now 19 & 20 years old. 

Through our journey of foster/adoption we learned a lot by trial and error. Taking each moment as it came and trying to prepare for our children’s future at the same time.  During my adoptive children’s teens years I left my career as a Director of Public Relations/Student Enrichment and Child Care to be home more for my youngest son.  During this time we were able to find doctors and local programs that would be able to assist in a real diagnosis that would help guide his future.

I have always had a passion for children from hard places and even co-founded a respite program in our community. This respite program provided other foster/adoptive parents time to attend trainings or go on a date or even nap while trauma trained volunteers played with their children. When it was time for me to return to work, I fell in love with the foster care navigator program. This is something that didn’t exist when we were on our foster/adoption journey, and boy did we need it then. I am very passionate about helping others go through this journey with guidance, resources and kindness.  I look forward to helping you and your family in your journey.
