Meet The Staff

Amanda and her husband were middle school sweethearts and married in 2006. They became licensed foster parents in 2015. Amanda recognizes the need for making supportive connections with others traveling this journey, and loves learning more through reading, taking courses, and attending foster and adoptive family retreats and events. Her favorite books to shape her parenting of foster and adoptive children are “How to Love an Alien” by Kim Seidel, "Low Demand Parenting" by Amanda Diekman, and “From Fear to Love” by Bryan Post. Amanda is excited to support families through their licensing and fostering journey!
